SZ) announced that the company's controlling subsidiary Shenzhen Haiwang Intellong Biotechnology Co., Ltd. intends to acquire a partial equity of Shenzhen Jinbaihui Biotechnology Co., Ltd. ("Jinbaihui Biotechnology") through issuance or acquisition of existing shares. The two parties signed a "Letter of Intent" on June 25, 2026.
