A total of 56 million subscribed shares account for (i) approximately 8.34% of the company's existing issued share capital as of the date of this announcement and (ii) approximately 7.70% of the company's issued share capital after the issuance and subscription of the subscribed shares. The shares were successfully issued to the subscribers at a subscription price of HK$0.18 per share. The net proceeds from the subscription amount to approximately HK$10.07 million. The company intends to use the net proceeds from the subscription for the general operational fund of the group.
