Tianyancha's intellectual property information shows that recently, Tencent Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. has applied to register multiple "TENCENT WORKBUDDY" trademarks, with international classifications including advertising sales, education, entertainment, etc. The current status of the trademarks is all awaiting substantive examination. The company was established in February 2000, with Ma Huateng as the legal representative and a registered capital of 2 million US dollars. Its business scope includes engaging in the technical development of computer software and hardware, selling self-developed software, etc., with China Ba Group Limited holding full ownership. Public information shows that WorkBuddy is a desktop agent tool launched by Tencent Cloud.
