The Development and Reform Commission of Chongqing Municipality has taken the lead in drafting the "Notice on Enhancing the Level of Full Life Cycle Service for Foreign Investment Projects" and is now openly soliciting opinions and suggestions from the society. The draft for soliciting opinions proposes to strengthen the attraction of foreign investment projects, continuously build the brand of "Invest in Chongqing," establish a sound mechanism for attracting foreign investment projects in stages, accelerate the transition from project leads to contracts, contract projects to actual investment, and actual investments to production capacity. It also aims to leverage the role of the pilot area for reform and opening up of the pilot free trade zone, actively seek pilot policies for opening up in fields such as telecommunications value-added services, healthcare, and education.
