Liuzhou industrial robot production increased by 861%, and exports to ASEAN countries surged by 55%.

According to the statistics bureau of Liuzhou City, from January to May, the added value of the city's industrial enterprises above a designated size increased by 7.7% year-on-year, which was 1.7 percentage points faster than the growth rate from January to April. The output of industrial robots, lithium-ion batteries, and electronic components increased significantly by 861.1%, 139.2%, and 52.8%, respectively. The added value of high-tech manufacturing industries increased by 40.5%, with the electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry growing by 54.8%. The total import and export volume reached 20.176 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 13.4%, with exports totaling 18.959 billion yuan, a growth of 21.7%. Among them, exports to ASEAN countries reached 5.892 billion yuan, an increase of 54.8%. Exports of electric vehicles and lithium-ion batteries increased by 397.1% and 302.5%, respectively. In addition, investment in software and information technology services increased by 30.9 times, and investment in industrial technological transformation increased by 55.8%.
