Ollin Completes $330 Million Series B Financing

On June 25, Xinda Biotechnology announced that their partner, Ollin, has completed a $330 million oversubscribed Series B financing. The round was led by new investors TCGX and ARCH Venture Partners, with participation from several medical health crossover organizations, sovereign wealth funds, and other new institutional investors, including a16z Bio+Health, Blackstone Multi-Asset Investing, Commodore Capital, and Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board. Co-founder investors Mubadala Capital and Monograph Capital also continued to participate in this round of investment.
