Various domestic downstream companies in the brain-computer interface industry are constantly reaching out, hoping to connect with suppliers in Shenzhen for upstream chips, packaging, and wiring materials. The person in charge of a brain-computer interface industry docking platform described to a reporter from Securities Times the current busyness, with the list of relevant companies getting longer and being updated frequently. This kind of enthusiasm is not an isolated case. This year, brain-computer interfaces have reignited the long-silent medical venture capital circle. According to incomplete statistics, in the first five months of 2026, there have been over 30 financing events in the field of brain-computer interfaces in China, with a total financing amount exceeding 46 billion yuan. A direction that was once seen as a "frontier niche" has become the most crowded entrance in the industry in just half a year. "Almost all companies in the brain-computer interface sector are able to raise money at the current stage," lamented an investor in the healthcare industry.
