Zhixin Financial News APP, AsiaInfo Security (688225.SH) announced that, based on the company's strategic development plan and grasping the opportunities for the development of related industries, its wholly-owned subsidiary, AsiaInfo Chengdu, plans to jointly invest with Wanxin Rongzhi, Guotai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and Hou Xingchi to establish the "Liangxin Ronghe (Beijing) Venture Capital Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership)". AsiaInfo Chengdu plans to subscribe for 10.88 million yuan with its own funds, accounting for 9.8115% of the total subscribed capital of the partnership enterprise, as a limited partner. Wanxin Rongzhi will serve as the fund manager, general partner, and executive partner of the partnership enterprise.
