Hangyun Technology: Invest 5.1 million yuan to set up a joint venture company.

Announcement from Xingyun Technology: Its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shenzhen Xingyun Holdings Co., Ltd., intends to invest 5.1 million yuan to establish a joint venture company, Shenzhen Xingyun Huilu Technology Co., Ltd., with affiliated companies Shenzhen Yunyong International Trade Partnership Enterprise and Shenzhen Huijian Investment Co., Ltd. Xingyun Technology will hold a 51% stake in the joint venture company, which will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
