Wuxi Dingbang: Intends to acquire 10% equity of its subsidiary Jiangsu Dingbang for 20 million yuan.

On June 24th, Wuxi Dingbang announced that the company holds 90% equity of its subsidiary Jiangsu Dingbang. Based on the company's strategic and business development needs, the company plans to acquire 10% equity of Jiangsu Dingbang held by minority shareholder Jiangsu Suobang General Equipment Co., Ltd. for 19.7361 million yuan. After the completion of this transaction, the company will hold 100% equity of Jiangsu Dingbang, and this equity acquisition will not affect the company's consolidated financial statements.
