Dongyang Guang Announcement, the Company's controlling subsidiary Dongguan Yunzhi Suan, and associated company Qingyang Qinyang Information Technology Co., Ltd. signed an "IDC Service Contract", with an expected total procurement cost of not more than 200 million yuan for related IDC service projects within 12 months. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction, but does not constitute a major asset restructuring. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors and does not require approval by the shareholders' meeting.
