Shandong Fiberglass Announcement: The company has completed the industrial and commercial registration process for the establishment of its Yiyuan branch, and has transferred the relevant assets and liabilities of the precious metal processing workshop of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zibo Zhuoyi Fiberglass Materials Co., Ltd., to the Yiyuan branch at no cost based on the net book value.
