China Fortune Financial Holdings Limited (01152.HK) announced that on June 24, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Duofeng Network Technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Duofeng) entered into a cooperation framework agreement (Cooperation Framework Agreement) with JD Technology Information Technology Co., Ltd. (JD Technology), a company established in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China (China).
