Guizhou centralized new energy enterprise quotation proposal issuance

The Guizhou Energy Regulatory Office has released a draft of the "Guizhou Centralized New Energy Power Generation Enterprise Centralized Quotation Implementation Plan." The draft specifies that the total installed capacity of new energy power generation enterprises applying for centralized quotation shall not exceed the maximum installed capacity of a single largest coal-fired power plant in the Guizhou power market. If the scale after concentration may affect fair competition in the power market, after being recognized by the National Energy Administration Guizhou Regulatory Office, Guizhou Development and Reform Commission, Guizhou Energy Administration and other departments, the centralized scale may be further reduced.
