Huatai Hengxin (01905.HK) entered into a financing lease contract for part of the equipment and facilities.

Wisdom Financial News APP, Haitong Hengxin (01905.HK) has announced that the company, as the lessor, and the lessees (Tibet Urban Development Investment Co., Ltd. and Quanzhou Shangshi Real Estate Co., Ltd.) entered into the financing lease contract on June 24, 2026, under which (i) the lessor agreed to purchase the leased property for a total price of 500 million yuan; and (ii) the lessor agreed to lease the leased property to the lessees for a period of 60 months.
