Honor Pharmaceuticals: Deepens research and development cooperation with Lilly.

According to the announcement by Heyu Pharmaceutical, the company has signed a strategic research cooperation and licensing agreement with the global leading pharmaceutical company Lilly. Under the agreement, both parties will collaborate on innovative drug research and development around multiple disease targets, advancing new candidate drugs with global potential. Heyu Pharmaceutical will leverage its early drug discovery platform, innovative research and development system, and extensive development experience to conduct the discovery and early development activities of new drug projects around the disease targets selected by Lilly. Heyu Pharmaceutical will receive an upfront payment and will be eligible for further payments after reaching development, regulatory, and commercialization milestones, potentially totaling up to $1.9 billion. In addition, Heyu Pharmaceutical will also be entitled to tiered sales royalties based on the annual net sales generated from the products resulting from this cooperation.
