(referred to as "Nanjing Cloud"), intends to jointly invest in the establishment of Hangzhou Xuan Yuan Ju Shen Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) with professional investment institutions Shanghai Xuan Yuan Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Xuan Yuan Capital") and Suzhou Junchuang Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Suzhou Junchuang"). Xuan Yuan Capital will serve as the general partner and fund manager of the target fund. Nanjing Cloud intends to subscribe for the target fund units with its own funds with a subscribed amount of 12 million yuan, and the actual paid-up capital for this period is 6 million yuan. The subsequent funds will be determined based on the progress of specific investment projects.
