AbbVie will invest $10.9 billion to acquire the biotech company Apogee.

On June 22, local time, AbbVie announced it will acquire biotech company Apogee Therapeutics for $10.9 billion to strengthen its immunology and inflammatory disease drug development pipeline. AbbVie stated that, under the agreement, Apogee shareholders will receive $135.11 in cash per share.
