On the evening of June 22nd, Yu Donglai released the group's operating data for the past half year on social media, with total sales reaching 13.95 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 24.23%; total sales this month reached 1.594 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 31.76%. In addition, Yu Donglai also stated that Pandoonglai wants to learn from Google and other world-class companies when it comes to welfare culture. Pandoonglai is currently researching and developing a more humane paid leave policy: if an employee's spouse or child dies unexpectedly, they can enjoy a year of paid leave; if their parents or in-laws pass away, they can enjoy one month of paid leave. Furthermore, Pandoonglai will ensure that no position is in a state of fatigue at work, and will organize discussions among employees to establish relevant system standards, especially for busy positions such as the cashier, by planning to add mid-shift rest time during working hours. In fact, Pandoonglai employees have already accumulated a total of 145 days of annual leave, with the store closed for rest every Tuesday, overtime prohibited, and an additional 10 days of "unhappy leave."
