Hisilicon (002653.SZ) signs authorization license agreement with Nuvectis for HSK42360 and HSK39297.

Wisdom Financial APP News, Hisilicon (002653.SZ) announced that the company has recently signed an exclusive license agreement with the American company Nuvectis Pharma, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Nuvectis"), granting Nuvectis the exclusive rights to develop, produce, and commercialize the HSK42360 project (a BRAF inhibitor) globally excluding the Greater China region, as well as the exclusive rights to develop, produce, and commercialize the HSK39297 project (a CFB inhibitor) globally excluding Greater China, Southeast Asia, and India. As part of the consideration for the license transaction, the company will receive authorization fees for the HSK42360 and HSK39297 projects from Nuvectis (including a $40 million upfront payment and near-term milestone payments and up to $1.421 billion in additional milestone payments) as well as sales royalties.
