According to customs data, in May 2026, China's engineering machinery import and export trade volume was 6.265 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of 19.6% year-on-year, including: import volume of 198 million U.S. dollars, a year-on-year decrease of 7.57%; export volume of 60.67 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of 20.8% year-on-year.
