According to the Securities Times app, the research center of Mei Lian Property comprehensively analyzed data from the Hong Kong Housing Department, showing that in April, the number of newly completed private residential units in Hong Kong reached 2,009, nearly 4 times higher than the 404 units in March, and setting a new high in half a year. This was mainly due to the completion of large-scale projects such as Tai Po Shan(1,650 units), as well as others including Kennedy Town Sea Crest (125 units), Tai Kok Tsui Ying Residence (122 units), Sai Ying Pun Mid-Levels Plaza (111 units), and Yuen Long Sand Well Road (1 unit).
