Zhtng Cijng APP news, China Minsheng Capital (01141.HK) announced that Mr. Li Ming recently informed the company that, due to an internal job transfer within the China Minsheng Bank Co., Ltd. (the indirect controlling shareholder of the company) group, he will not seek re-election at the upcoming annual general meeting of the company, and will retire as an executive director of the company at the end of the annual general meeting. After his retirement, Mr. Li will no longer serve as the company's general manager, and will not be a member of the company's executive committee, risk management and internal control committee, and development strategy committee.
