ST Yitong: Some shares of the controlling shareholder have been judicially frozen.

ST Yitong Announcement: Beijing Liweite Investment Co., Ltd., the controlling shareholder, and the actual controllers Liang Xuexian and Liang Kai have had their company shares frozen by the judiciary. Liweite had 6.14 million shares frozen, accounting for 11.99% of their holding and 2.25% of the total share capital of the company; Liang Xuexian had 466,400 shares and 8 million shares frozen, accounting for 2.53% and 43.35% of their holding, and 0.17% and 2.93% of the total share capital of the company; Liang Kai had 10.1376 million shares frozen, accounting for 100% of their holding and 3.71% of the total share capital of the company.
