CNNC Technology Corporation announced that on June 22nd, the company received a notice from its shareholder Guohe Group, who holds more than 5% of the shares, stating that their 98,614,273 shares have been frozen by the Dalian High-tech Industrial Park People's Court starting from June 17th, with an expiration date of June 16, 2029, due to a financial loan dispute. As of the announcement date, Guohe Group's cumulative frozen shares in the company reach 100%. Guohe Group is a non-controlling shareholder, and the share freeze does not affect the company's normal production and operation.
