The National Development and Reform Commission announce the "Implementation Measures for the Lowest Proportion of Renewable Energy Consumption Goals and Responsibility Weighting System for Renewable Energy Electricity Integration."

The "Implementation Measures for the Minimum Proportion Target of Renewable Energy Consumption and the Weighted System of Renewable Energy Power Consumption Responsibility" has been deliberated and approved at the 26th meeting of the National Development and Reform Commission on December 26, 2025, and signed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and the Ministry of Transportation. It is now announced and will be implemented from August 1, 2026.
