According to the Tianyancha App, on June 17th, Haier Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. underwent a business change, with its registered capital increasing from 4.79 billion RMB to 5 billion RMB. The company was established in December 2013, with Zhang Lei as the legal representative. Its business scope includes financial leasing, leasing services, purchasing and leasing property domestically and internationally, residual value handling and maintenance of leased property, among others. Shareholder information shows that the company is jointly held by Haier Group Jingying Holdings Co., Ltd., Shanghai Haizhu Yunju Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership Enterprise, and Haier International Ltd.
