It is reported that Coolwow Technology plans to officially submit its Hong Kong IPO application in the next two to three months. The sources mentioned that Huatai Securities and Deutsche Bank are acting as joint sponsors to assist the company in advancing its listing. It was revealed that Coolwow Technology's revenue in 2025 has already exceeded 1 billion RMB.
