Ministry of Commerce: 10 US entities will be added to the export control list for management and control. The measure will be implemented from the date of announcement.

According to the Zhitong Finance and Economics APP, on June 22nd, the Ministry of Commerce issued a notice to maintain national security and interests, fulfill international obligations such as non-proliferation, and decided to list 10 U.S. entities, including Avaya Oax Company, in the export control list for control purposes. The notice specifies the following measures: 1. Exporters are prohibited from exporting dual-use items to the aforementioned 10 entities, and any organization or individual in any country or region is prohibited from transferring or providing dual-use items originating from China to the aforementioned entities; ongoing related export activities should be immediately stopped. 2. In case of special circumstances requiring export, exporters should apply to the Ministry of Commerce. This notice is officially implemented from the date of publication.
