Ministry of Commerce: Decision to Add 10 U.S. Entities to Export Control List.

According to the relevant provisions of the Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations on the Control of Dual-use Items Export of the People's Republic of China, in order to safeguard national security and interests, fulfill international obligations such as non-proliferation, it is decided to include Avioxx Corporation and 10 other American entities in the export control list, and take the following measures: First, prohibit exporters from exporting dual-use items to the aforementioned 10 entities, and prohibit any organization or individual in any country or region from transferring or providing dual-use items originating from China to the aforementioned entities; any related export activities that are currently ongoing should be stopped immediately. Second, in special circumstances where export is necessary, exporters should apply to the Ministry of Commerce. This announcement shall be formally implemented from the date of its publication.
