Jiangxi Biological: Plans to globally issue 36,234,500 H-shares, at a price not exceeding HKD 13.06 each.

On the morning of June 22, Jiangxi Bio announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the company plans to globally issue 36,234,500 H shares, with 3,623,500 H shares to be sold in Hong Kong and 32,611,000 H shares to be sold internationally, with an additional 15% over-allotment option. The offer price will not exceed HK$13.06 per share, and it is expected that the shares will begin trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 30, 2026.
