During the three-day Dragon Boat Festival holiday, Shanghai received a total of 7.12 million tourists, an increase of 9.86% compared to the previous year. The average hotel room occupancy rate in Shanghai was 60.80%, an increase of 1.6 percentage points compared to the previous year. It is predicted that the total tourism transaction amount in Shanghai, including eating, accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, shopping, entertainment, and other elements, will be 12.58 billion yuan, an increase of 5.10% compared to the previous year.
