The signing of this "Extension Agreement" extends the deadline of the "Share Purchase Agreement" to August 20, 2026. If the transaction is not completed by that time, the extension period will automatically extend to October 20, 2026. As of the date of this announcement, the company has established a performance bond escrow account and paid the bond, and has submitted approval or record materials for overseas investment to relevant departments. The audit and evaluation work related to this transaction is currently in progress.
