Xingye Technology announced that the company recently signed a framework agreement on the acquisition of indium phosphide business with Qingdao Liang and other parties. The company plans to acquire its indium phosphide substrates and semiconductor electronic materials business, including related assets, teams, intellectual property, etc., for a total price of 55 million RMB. The framework agreement will take effect with a payment of 15 million RMB deposit within 5 working days. This acquisition still needs to be reviewed by the board of directors and is expected to have no substantial impact on current operating performance. The company has no experience in the management of semiconductor new materials field, and the project may face risks in research and development, market, etc.
