According to Shenzhen News, on June 18th, the regulatory reform of special biological and pharmaceutical products in Shenzhen has been further upgraded. The fully integrated information system has officially launched, allowing enterprises to complete the entire process in one platform through the Shenzhen Entry-Exit Comprehensive Service Platform for Special Biological and Pharmaceutical Products website. This includes declaration of qualifications for white-listed enterprises, submission of positive product lists, and risk assessment of imported and exported products, as well as real-time tracking of the review process. It is reported that the newly launched fully integrated information system is equipped with an AI declaration assistance system, which can automatically fill in forms, validate data, and pre-examine materials, effectively reducing the error rate in enterprises' declarations and improving efficiency. The system has also established a multi-departmental assessment and regulatory information sharing mechanism among customs, health, and market supervisory departments to break down information barriers, conduct online joint reviews, and achieve full-process information recording and lifecycle supervision of imported and exported products. Furthermore, the system has introduced an AI intelligent engine, providing services such as AI smart customer service, HS code intelligent classification, pre-assessment of product risks, intelligent profiling of enterprise credit and risks, intelligent classification and automatic random selection by experts, aiming to achieve organic integration of precise regulation and convenient services.
