The key projects of Sichuan-Chongqing cooperation have been advanced rapidly in the first five months.

According to the Development and Reform Commission of Sichuan Province, in the first five months, a total of 350 key projects in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle have completed investments of 227.63 billion yuan, with a completion rate of 45.6%, exceeding the schedule by 3.9 percentage points. Investments in science and technology innovation and modern industrial projects reached 104.71 billion yuan. Modern infrastructure and opening-up projects reached 114.08 billion yuan in investments. Investments in ecological protection and public service projects reached 8.84 billion yuan.
