State Power Investment Corporation signs strategic cooperation agreement with Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Government.

On June 18th, the Secretary of the Party Group and Chairman of China National Nuclear Corporation, Liu Mingsheng, and the General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Group, Xu Shubiao, visited Hohhot, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to meet with the Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Wang Weizhong, and the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Government of the Autonomous Region, Bao Gang. They jointly witnessed the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement. Liu Mingsheng stated that looking towards the future, China National Nuclear Corporation will actively align with the development plan of the Autonomous Region's "14th Five-Year Plan", deepen practical cooperation with Inner Mongolia in the areas of technological innovation, on-site consumption of new energy, the landing of supporting industries, electricity and coal coordination, smart mining construction, and the development of green aluminum circular economy. They will jointly plan and implement more scientific research projects to serve the construction of national important energy and strategic resource bases through practical measures.
