The Zhitong Finance APP reported that Miramar Group (01947.HK) announced on June 18, 2026 that (1) Ms. Tan Hanshan has resigned as an independent non-executive director, effective from June 19, 2026, as known by the board of directors; and (2) Ms. Zhang Hong will be appointed as an independent non-executive director, effective from June 19, 2026, according to the decision of the board of directors.
