ST Tianyu: Reply to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's inquiry letter on the 2025 annual report is postponed to before June 26th.

ST Tianyu announced that the company received an annual report inquiry letter from the Growth Enterprise Board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on April 27, 2026, originally requesting a response by May 21. Due to the need to verify some issues, the deadline was extended to June 18. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the response still needs to be further refined. Upon application, the inquiry letter will be extended to June 26 for completion of the response and disclosure.
