Tianbo Intelligent submits an application for registration for an IPO on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, as a well-known manufacturer of automotive thermal management system components.

According to the Securities Times app, on June 18th, Tianbo Intelligent Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd. (referred to as Tianbo Intelligent) has changed its IPO review status on the Shanghai Stock Exchange main board to "registration submitted". CITIC Securities is its sponsoring institution, and it plans to raise 2.057 billion yuan.
