Zhongguancun Technology Leasing (01601.HK) and Qingdao Yuefu Environmental Protection Technology have entered into a finance leasing agreement.

Wisdom Financial News APP news, Zhongguancun Technology Leasing (01601.HK) announced that on June 18, 2026, the company, as the lessor, entered into a financing lease agreement IV with lessee II (Qingdao Yuefeng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.). Under this agreement, the lessor will purchase the leasing assets IV owned by lessee II at a transfer price of 24 million yuan; and the lessor will lease the leasing assets IV back to lessee II for a lease term of 24 months, with total leasing payments of approximately 25.5 million yuan. The leasing assets IV are intelligent garbage recycling machines and related assets.
