According to the Securities Times app, on June 18th, Shanghai Suiyuan Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Suiyuan Technology) changed its IPO review status on the Science and Technology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange to "submitted for registration." CITIC Securities is its sponsor institution and plans to raise 6 billion yuan.
