Zhtng Cijng APP news, Mike Biology (300463.SZ) announced that the company plans to use its own funds to repurchase some of the company's issued Renminbi ordinary shares (A shares) through centralized bidding trading method, for the purpose of canceling and reducing the registered capital. The repurchase fund shall not be less than RMB 50 million and shall not exceed RMB 100 million (inclusive), and the repurchase price shall not exceed RMB 14.66 per share (inclusive).
