Wang Jingwei does not directly hold any shares of the company, is currently not involved in any of the company's research projects, and any intellectual property rights achieved during his tenure belong to the company and there is no dispute. Wang Jingwei is required to comply with confidentiality agreements and non-compete agreements. The company stated that there is no significant reliance on any single core technical personnel, as of December 31, 2025, there are 183 research and development personnel, accounting for 20.29% of the total number of employees, and this departure will not have a substantial impact on the company. In the future, the company will strengthen the construction of the research and development team.
