Miao Exhibition Center announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Sanbao Huitou signed a "Partnership Agreement" with Huamin Investment and other parties on April 24, 2026, to participate in the Huayue Innovation and Entrepreneurship Investment Fund partnership enterprise. The target total subscribed amount is 210 million yuan, with Sanbao Huitou subscribing 30 million yuan, accounting for 14.2586%. Due to changes in partners, on June 4, all parties signed a new agreement, increasing the total subscribed amount to 626 million yuan. Sanbao Huitou's investment remained the same, but its percentage decreased to 4.7923%. On June 17, the fund completed the filing procedures for private equity funds.
