Dongxing Medical announced that the 18th meeting of the fourth board of directors held on June 18 has approved the "Proposal on Partial Postponement of Fundraising Projects". Taking into account the actual construction progress and investment progress of the fundraising projects, while ensuring the main body of implementation, methods and total investment remain unchanged, the "Medical Surgical Instruments Research and Development Center Project" will be extended to reach the scheduled available status date by December 31, 2027. This postponement does not involve project changes, does not harm the interests of the company and shareholders, and is in line with the company's long-term planning.
