Lancang Ancient Tea (06911.HK) has been granted a term loan financing with a maximum principal amount of 47.15 million yuan.

"Zhichuan Financial APP News, Lancang Ancient Tea (06911.HK) announced that on June 16, 2026, the company (as the borrower) and Agricultural Bank of China Limited (as the lender) entered into two loan agreements. According to this, the lender has agreed to provide the company with a maximum total principal amount of RMB 47.15 million in term loan financing, including a maximum principal amount of RMB 33.15 million in term loan financing (Loan Agreement I); and a maximum principal amount of RMB 14 million in term loan financing (Loan Agreement II)."
