Zhtng Cijng APP News, New Focus (00360.HK) announced that, upon approval by the Independent Directors Committee, Ho Tack Finance Limited (a licensed corporation eligible to conduct regulated activities under Part 4 (advising on securities) , Part 6 (advising on corporate finance) and Part 9 (asset management) of the Securities and Futures Ordinance of Hong Kong) has been appointed as independent financial advisor to provide advice to the Independent Directors Committee and independent shareholders on the loan agreement and the proposed transactions thereunder.
