Asahi Electronics: Application for the issuance of A-shares to specific entities is accepted.

Asahi Electronics announced that on June 16, 2026, the company received a notice from the Shanghai Stock Exchange accepting the application for the issuance of securities by Chengdu Asahi Electronics Co., Ltd. listed on the Shanghai Main Board. The Shanghai Stock Exchange has checked the prospectus and related application documents submitted by the company, and believes that the application documents are complete and in compliance with legal requirements, and has decided to accept them for review in accordance with the law. The issuance of A shares to specific investors in this matter still requires approval from the Shanghai Stock Exchange and a decision from the China Securities Regulatory Commission before it can be implemented.
