As part of the agreement, Shanghai Electric's subsidiary WinTech will acquire 58.02% of Aung Hua Automation's shares from Shanghai Electric Holdings for 118,562,900 yuan, and the remaining 41.98% from eight other shareholders for approximately 85,785,500 yuan. After the share transfer is completed, WinTech will hold 100% of Aung Hua Automation's shares.
